Driver attention, read from the driver.

EyRoad is developing computer-vision software that interprets visual indicators of driver state. This page describes the approach at a level that is honest about what is proven and what is intended.

Working today

What works today

A proof-of-concept running on an NVIDIA Jetson Nano with a USB camera demonstrates detection of drowsiness and distraction indicators under development conditions. It shows that the approach is viable. It is not a validated product.

What the commercial system is intended to do

A dedicated aftermarket device running driver-monitoring software on-device, delivering an immediate alert to the driver when a risk pattern is identified.

Under development

What is not decided yet

Final hardware architecture, sensor configuration, alert modalities, connectivity, storage and certification path are all under active development. We are not publishing specifications we have not finalised.

A note on technical detail

EyRoad is pursuing intellectual-property protection. Detailed hardware architecture, sensing arrangements and algorithm design are deliberately not published.
